I just got back from some fantastic turkey feasting and I wanted to give you with my second tip for surviving the holidays. In my family, Thanksgiving is no small affair. In fact, it is usually a 35 person shin-dig complete with flowing appetizers, a multi-course main meal and a dessert buffet. And that's only Thursday night. Friday we do it all over again with another side of the family! I know you are wondering, "Jamie, how do you do it?" Well, let me tell you. The key to eating everything I want, loving every bite and NOT feeling sick afterwards is to eat by numbers.
