It's my birthday and I've got a present for YOU

So much has happened in the last few weeks it's hard to keep it all straight.  But just for sh*ts and giggles, let me give it a try. 1.  Went to an amazing conference with the brilliant Marie Forleo (Who is going to be on Oprah's Super Soul Sunday this coming November 18th.  Check it out.) 2.  Got stranded in NYC in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. 3.  Enjoyed way too many apple cider pints and mashed potatoes at this gastro-pub while waiting 6 days for my westward bound flight.   4.  Hugged my pillow and made this salad the second I got home. 6.  Wrapped up my Freakin' Rad Fall Cleanse to a standing ovation of seriously satisfied and super clean ladies.  (Here's one of the recipes they all adored.)

Whew, with all that craziness it certainly feels good to be home and settling in for the holiday season.

And yet for many of us, the holidays come with their own slew of crazy-town moments, right?  As today is my birthday (woot woot), I've decided to give YOU a gift that will make the holiday hangover a thing of the past.

Last year I ran my 6-part Holiday Survival Video Series and received such fantastic feedback that I want to share it with you again.  This video series teaches you how to navigate the many holiday landmines (sugar cookies, anyone?) and gives you the secrets to feeling great before and after turkey time.

If you went through this training series last year, I'm so excited for you to do it again because I know from personal experience that it's when I watch something repeatedly that I actually put the good advice to use.

Much love and I'll see you next week for your FIRST Holiday Survival Video.  Get excited!

P.S.  With reflecting on my birthday and looking back over the past year, I am incredibly grateful to YOU for being such an important part of my life and community.  You allow me to do what I love and I am eternally thankful to have the priviledge of supporting you.  Many many thanks!
