What are you practicing?
First, thank you to the many who reached out after my piece the other week to check in on my health, give support and share love. I’m happy to say things are headed in the right direction. It’s a relief but even more so, a much-needed reminder of what the body can do when we just give her space, time and nourishment to heal. And in keeping with the theme of taking good care, I’m going to keep this post short and sweet.
