Month One

Month two- The 4 pillars of care

Start with the first song (let it move you), listen to the curriculum audio (or read the transcript), listen to the second song (notice what builds inside you) then fill out the self care tool kit. Enjoy!


 
 

Month Three- joy As An Organizing Principle

This week, start with the curriculum audio first (or read the transcript) then listen to the meditation. Then listen and move to the songs, letting your body fill with joy.


 
 

Month four- Dreams, Desires + Owning our values

Begin with the body compass meditation, then listen to the curriculum audio (or read the transcript). Finish with the song and as you listen, let your dreams and desires fill you.


 
 

Month Five- Meet Your Itty Bitty shitty committee

Begin with the curriculum audio (or read the transcript) then do the meditation. Finish with moving your body and heart to the song.


 
 

Month SIX- Boundaries +building your brave voice

Start with the curriculum audio (or read the transcript). Move onto the meditations and finish with the song, feeling your body deepen into resilience, truth and bravery.


 
 

Month seven- Fitting In VS. Belonging

Start with the somatic exercises. Move onto the curriculum and finish with the song, feeling both what you want to release and the belonging you want to bring in.


 
 

Month eight- cultivating self-compassion

Start with the curriculum audio (or read the transcript). Move onto the meditation and finish with the song. As you move to the song, let tenderness fill your heart.
