a wisdom circle for mothers in transition
If you’re at an INFLECTION point in your life, welcome.
Tell me if this resonates…
Life doesn’t look like it used to.
The kids are young adults now. You spent almost 2 decades becoming a maven at meeting others’ needs and now, things are shifting.
Your children don’t need you in the same ways. And you don’t want to be needed in the same ways either. You have more time for yourself and while that freedom feels exciting, you also feel a tug to use this time wisely, intentionally.
You’re eager to have a good relationship with your children, but aren’t sure what that really looks like now that they’re (mostly) launched. (In other words, you want connection beyond answering their requests for money.)
Family means the world to you and with changing dynamics, it’s not always easy to know how to show up.
You spearhead most things in your life and while you kind of like the control, you’re now toying with the idea of not having to lead the charge for everyone, all the time.
You feel the squeeze of a history of managing up and down in your life and sometimes it feels like no matter how hard you try, there’s no way to win.
You look so good on paper…but what you really long for is a deeper connection with yourself and others. (You want your life and relationships to feel as good as your resume looks.)
You’re always trying to do and be better. You love hard, try hard and care deeply about people. In the past you’ve turned yourself inside out trying to keep people happy and you’re ready for a new way.
Historically, you’ve never been a joiner but since entering this new phase of motherhood and life there’s been a hunger in you to grow in community alongside other women who “get it.”
Here’s what I want you to know:
You don’t have to continually put out fires
You don’t have to fix other people’s (or your children’s) problems
You don’t have to be perfect or “get it right”
You don’t have to keep doing things all by yourself
You don’t just have to “be more zen” or “lift heavier”
You don’t have to kill yourself trying to overcome resentment
And you don’t just have to focus on gratitude and repeat, “It’s fine…”
There is another way. You can come home, instead.
That’s what our wisdom circle is all about:
Your homecoming.
Homecoming is an intimate, 8-month wisdom circle designed to support mothers in transition to build clarity, community and self-compassion within a circle of brilliant women.
Your Homecoming is about…
Building unwavering power and bandwidth within yourself so you can ride the waves of life with more grace
Finding safety and love in a group of smart, loving and supportive women
Having a monthly place to name what’s real and get genuine insight and support
Understanding, in your cells, that you deserve care and investment and JOY
Feeling the aliveness in you that’s excited for what’s next
Remembering who you are and what you long for -- and prioritizing it
Cultivating authentic relationships that allow you to share more of yourself
Ending the overriding of what you truly feel and know
Learning how to get out of shame spirals and the burn of resentment (they don’t have to take over your life or derail you!)
In other words: this is about trusting the emerging version of yourself and the other mothers around you.
Welcome home.
There are few places in our lives where we intentionally focus on growing and thriving together.
Homecoming is one of them.
Are you ready to join the 8-month group coaching circle Homecoming? Do you want to learn more?
Imagine if you could:
Lead with love and care without taking it all on.
Free yourself from “proving”.
Say the truest thing in front of women who have your back, no matter what falls from your mouth.
Show up as a powerful, authentic leader at work and home. (Rather than just a workhorse.)
Give an authentic (rather that a guilt or obligation-tinged) YES, NO or MAYBE.
Stay present rather than jumping to give advice.
Only shoulder what is yours to carry.
Allow yourself to join and whole-heartedly trust a circle of women.
Stop second-guessing yourself.
Give yourself the space you need to figure out what is real and true for you.
Whatever you want to change, whatever you want to experience or create for yourself and your relationships…
It all starts with living at the center of your own life.
Homecoming gives you the support needed to intentionally shape this generative and meaningful time of life in a loving circle of women who get it.

HI, I’M JAMIE GREENWOOD
I’m a somatic life and leadership coach with 19 years experience supporting brilliant women to find home in themselves.
We need the magic that is cultivated when women circle now, more than ever.
The world is on fire and changing at a breakneck pace. Chaos is the order of the day.
And while it may seem selfish to think about your own desires in the face of global atrocities, moving towards our longings with care and compassion is one way that we change the world.
Homecoming invites YOU to plug in with other brilliant women who, like you, are seeking to live more intentional, more connected lives.
Deciding to live at the center of your own life is transformational, AND it’s far from easy.
In fact, it’s counter to EVERYTHING women are taught to be and do.
From the first time you were told to “smile” and be “a good girl”, society was indoctrinating you with the belief that it was your job to keep everyone happy, always putting others’ needs before your own — and when you take on this thankless, endless labor, you end up exhausted, resentful and wondering who you really are under all your obligations.
Connection, intentionality and belonging are your birthright and this is your life.
Come home to it.
Testimonials on the circle
(It's what you're looking for!)
““Homecoming is like a warm hug. We have too few opportunities in life to really connect with other women and dig deep into the issues and topics that are most important for our hearts and souls. At Homecoming, we cut straight past small talk to have truly nourishing conversations and go all in on what really matters. Spending time with intelligent, thoughtful, like-minded women was so healing!”
“When I need to feel heard, seen and supported I run to Jamie. I know that her ability to offer me a fresh perspective and a platform for grace will open me up to receive the exact thing I need in those moments.”
“Jamie not only creates a safe space for me to open up and share my truth, she understands my experiences and my process. She helps me get back to what’s important and lovingly guides me to a place of peace and acceptance. She’s a truly gifted, highly intuitive, beautiful soul.”
“I work with Jamie because I’ve never felt so seen and understood. No matter how much I doubt my own strength, no matter the heartache, no matter the questions I face, she always provides the space of healing at every step.”
“Jamie always intuitively points me toward my next ah-ha moment. She doesn’t judge me but supports me exactly where I am. She illuminates my blindspots and helps me navigate using self-care as a guiding light.”
“I’m a remarkably different person since Jamie and I started working together. I feel freer, more confident and no longer contort myself to be what other’s want of me. That’s a miracle!”

FAQS
Who is Homecoming for?
Homecoming is for mothers, female entrepreneurs, coaches, helpers, creatives, artists, out-of-the-box thinkers, teachers, change-makers, women in transition, empty-nester women and/or any woman who has a vision for herself that is not lining up with how she is currently living, whether that be at home, in her relationships, with her grown children or at work. Homecoming is for women eager to learn and grow in community.
Who is Homecoming not for?
Women in acute crisis in their lives. When in acute situations, it’s best to receive 1:1 support from a therapist or coach.
How many people are in Homecoming? Why are the circles so small?
There are 8 spots in each Homecoming circle. This small number keeps the group intimate and private with plenty of time for everyone to share and receive support and coaching. I keep Homecoming small because the biggest growth, wildest insights and deepest connections happen in intimate settings where there is time and space for every participant to been seen, heard and lovingly supported.
Why did you create Homecoming?
I created Homecoming in the Spring of 2021 in response to the isolation and lack of support women were experiencing during the pandemic. The circle became a lifeline for the participants, and myself. (In fact, those women still meet in a Homecoming alumni circle!) Every year I grow more commited to Homecoming and the women it serves. Nowhere have I seen such transformation, growth and true friendship blossom as I do in these circles. I've come to know, deep in my bones, that an intentional circle is essential in every woman's life.
Do you have a payment plan?
YES. Participants can pay in monthly installments.
What if I don’t have a lot of time?
What I know about busy women is that when something matters to us, we find the time. And YOU, my dear, matter a lot. I also keep the theme content short so it can fit into the edges of your life and take root without too much effort. You’ll be investing a total of 3 1/2 hours a month. Also, there really is no way for you to fall behind. You’ll get all the benefits by simply showing up.
