Reclaim Your Time

How many minutes have you lost comparing yourself to others?

How many hours have you lost battling and berating your body?

How many days have you lost frantically following your “shoulds” rather than your wise desires?

How many months have you lost believing you weren't doing/making/accomplishing enough?

How many years have you lost just being so hard on yourself?

It’s an interesting phenomenon. We tell ourselves that time flies, that it’s slipping through our fingers, that we must be as productive as possible to make every single minute count.

And yet how much time do we continually lose to criticizing our bodies, denying our desires, questioning our true experience, and worrying what people think of us?

We buy into the false narrative that we're only as good as how we look, what we do, and what we produce which places us on a treadmill of self-criticism, self-doubt and impossible expectations.

If we believe that every moment counts, we no longer have time to waste attacking ourselves from every angle.

It is time to reclaim this lost time.

Time to reconnect and recenter.

Time to ease up and into the present moment so as not to lose another minute.
